How it Feels, the second in a two part documentary series, follows the tour, evolution, and closing of Amy O'Neal's eighth acclaimed evening length show, Opposing Forces. Opposing Forces explores fears of feminine qualities in our culture through the masculine dance form of Breaking with five world renowned Bboys from Seattle WA. This film explores the thought processes behind some of the sections of the performance and reflects on the themes of the work with interviews by the cast and creative crew of the show. The film celebrates how engaging in a creative process over a longer period of time can have lasting positive impact on the lives of those involved.
